Return & Refund Policy
1. Grounds for Return & Refund/Exchange
a. Return
i. Eligibility of Return
- Item must be in sellable condition; specifically:
- In original packaging
- With original protective film/cover attached
- New, sealed, and with no signs of usage (i.e., no stains, damages, protective films still intact)
- Containing all parts and accessories and other items sent by Builders Home
- It is not the item requested (wrong item, wrong variant)
- It is not of quality upon receiving the item (damaged prior to handling, differences in color between identical items, manufacturing defects)
ii. Refusal of returns
- It is not grounds for exchange if the item was damaged after being mishandled/wrongly stored by the buyer.
- The buyer was informed of the defect but chose to proceed with the purchase.
- The buyer simply changes their mind with the purchase and no longer wants to have the item/s.
iii. Required documentation
- Buyer must take pictures of the Received Item upon receipt and submit the pictures to support its application for return
- Buyer must clearly state the reason for return
- Original receipt is presented
iv. Mode of communication
- Buyers should only communicate with Builders Home representatives in our official communication channel BuildersHome@konceptpro.com
v. Timeline of return
- Buyer must contact Builders Home within 20 days of receiving the product/s to file for return
- After contacting Builders Home through our official communications channel BuildersHome@konceptpro.com, requesting for exchange, you must submit the required documentation to process the request
- After receiving the documentation, the Builders Home team will process the request to determine eligibility of return
- If eligible, the Builders Home team will contact the buyer through official communication channels to schedule a return process to either:
- Exchange the item, or
- Credit points to choose another product
vi. Mode of return
- Shipping/courier costs will be shouldered by Builders Home to return to Builders Home headquarters
b. Exchange
i. Timeline of exchange
- After going through timeline of returns and receiving the product, the Builders Home team will proceed with exchanging the item
- Once the item is confirmed by the buyer, it will be shipped out.
ii. What can be exchanged
- Builders Home team can change item with the same item (if available)
- If the same item is not available, the team will coordinate with the buyer and issue credits/vouchers amounting to the price of the products returned. This voucher can only be used in a single transaction and is available for only 30 days after issuance.
