Return & Refund Policy

1. Grounds for Return & Refund/Exchange

a. Return

i. Eligibility of Return

  1. Item must be in sellable condition; specifically:
    • In original packaging
    • With original protective film/cover attached
    • New, sealed, and with no signs of usage (i.e., no stains, damages, protective films still intact)
    • Containing all parts and accessories and other items sent by Builders Home
  2. It is not the item requested (wrong item, wrong variant)
  3. It is not of quality upon receiving the item (damaged prior to handling, differences in color between identical items, manufacturing defects)

ii. Refusal of returns

  1. It is not grounds for exchange if the item was damaged after being mishandled/wrongly stored by the buyer.
  2. The buyer was informed of the defect but chose to proceed with the purchase.
  3. The buyer simply changes their mind with the purchase and no longer wants to have the item/s.

iii. Required documentation

  1. Buyer must take pictures of the Received Item upon receipt and submit the pictures to support its application for return
  2. Buyer must clearly state the reason for return
  3. Original receipt is presented

iv. Mode of communication

  1. Buyers should only communicate with Builders Home representatives in our official communication channel BuildersHome@konceptpro.com

v. Timeline of return

  1. Buyer must contact Builders Home within 20 days of receiving the product/s to file for return
  2. After contacting Builders Home through our official communications channel BuildersHome@konceptpro.com, requesting for exchange, you must submit the required documentation to process the request
  3. After receiving the documentation, the Builders Home team will process the request to determine eligibility of return
  4. If eligible, the Builders Home team will contact the buyer through official communication channels to schedule a return process to either:
    • Exchange the item, or
    • Credit points to choose another product

vi. Mode of return

  1. Shipping/courier costs will be shouldered by Builders Home to return to Builders Home headquarters

b. Exchange

i. Timeline of exchange

  1. After going through timeline of returns and receiving the product, the Builders Home team will proceed with exchanging the item
  2. Once the item is confirmed by the buyer, it will be shipped out. 

ii. What can be exchanged

  1. Builders Home team can change item with the same item (if available)
  2. If the same item is not available, the team will coordinate with the buyer and issue credits/vouchers amounting to the price of the products returned. This voucher can only be used in a single transaction and is available for only 30 days after issuance.
